London Community Television – For the Community and by the Community

In November 1998, 31-year-old Rafik founded the London Community Television or LCTV. The LCTV aimed to provide a broadcasting service for the community and by the community, thereby giving job opportunities to the disadvantaged. With LCTV, Rafik helped many disabled, homeless, and underprivileged people make a living for themselves and be independent.
