Dreams Do Come True And He Believes in It!

Rafik understands first-hand the value of helping people and how it can make a difference in someone’s life. He started “Dreams Come True” when he was only 15 and it’s been 40 years since and dreams still continue to come true for the ones, he attends.

His first project at ‘Dreams Come True’ was to convince Martin Stanford, the former Radio Northampton Broadcaster and SKY News Journalist to do a ‘Radiothon’ to help the Northamptonshire Association for the Blind. The event was a huge success and the money raised was used to buy a minibus that provided door-to-door  transportation to the blind. This provided the blind community of the region to freely conduct their daily routine without depending on anyone.
