Helping the Homeless

In 1986, when he was only 18, Rafik launched the ‘Helping the Homeless’ initiative helping the homeless, on the streets of London, with food, information on local healthcare, local support, and advice. Since then, ‘Dreams Come True’ has helped over 20,000 children and adults with serious illnesses. Rafik has been working on most of his projects as a one-man band for the last 4 decades. Raf, who had faced rough conditions during his childhood, now believes in using his position and connections to help the disadvantaged. On Christmas, when it is particularly colder for some people, Raf comes sharing his warmth with them.
